Our services
At our care home, we offer a safe, welcoming, and caring living environment where each resident receives care and services tailored to their individual needs. Our dedicated team provides daily support, including assistance with daily living activities, healthcare, recreational activities, and psychosocial support.
Our priority is to offer each resident an environment imbued with respect, comfort and dignity, in order to promote their quality of life in a warm and family atmosphere.
1
Nursing Care Service
Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the nursing team consists of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, personal care attendants, a rehabilitation attendant and a nursing secretary.
2
Medical service
Medical services are provided by a doctor who makes a weekly visit to the home and remains available on call.
3
Rehabilitation service
Rehabilitation services are offered, as needed, through consultations with professionals from the Extramural Program, particularly occupational and physiotherapy specialists. These professionals assess each resident's rehabilitation needs and determine the appropriate equipment. Follow-up care is then provided by the rehabilitation attendant.
4
Palliative care
Palliative care is offered at the residence to allow residents to live out their final days in a familiar environment. Families and loved ones are encouraged to be with the resident at the end of their life.
5
Service des activités
An activities coordinator is assigned to each care unit. They are responsible for organizing a program of regular and special activities for the residents. A monthly activity calendar is posted in each unit. Landscaped gardens are also accessible in each care unit. Families and loved ones are encouraged to participate in activities with the residents.
6
Pastoral service
Pastoral care is provided thanks to the commitment of our dedicated volunteers. A chaplain celebrates Mass once a week.
The chapel is available to residents to meet their spiritual needs. Each year, a memorial mass is celebrated in memory of deceased residents.
7
Food and dietary services
The food service is provided by a team consisting of a dietitian, cooks, and kitchen assistants. This team ensures that each resident receives nutritional care tailored to their needs.
Residents are encouraged to eat their meals in the communal dining room to promote interaction and facilitate service.
To help families maintain connections with their loved ones, a private room is available. It can be used for family gatherings and meals.
8
Laundry
The residence offers a laundry service for residents' personal clothing. All clothing must be machine washable. Upon admission, personal clothing is labeled to prevent loss and mix-ups.
9
Maintenance and preventive maintenance program
The maintenance department is responsible for the upkeep and repair of the residence's buildings, systems, and equipment. A preventative maintenance program is in place to prevent mechanical breakdowns and ensure the proper functioning of the facilities.
The department is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, as well as alarm and fire protection systems.
10
Housekeeping
The housekeeping service ensures the cleanliness of the rooms and all the premises of the residence.
